Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Taaazzz-prog (EI), publisher of the Missioflow SaaS software, and any professional client subscribing to a plan.

2. Service Description

Missioflow is a SaaS (Software as a Service) field intervention management application accessible via web browser. The service includes hosting, maintenance, updates and technical support according to the subscribed plan.

3. Subscription and Pricing

Current prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Prices are in euros, excluding taxes. Subscriptions are monthly with no minimum commitment.

4. Cancellation

The subscription is for an indefinite period. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days notice before the next billing date by emailing contact@missioflow.fr.

5. Service Availability

Taaazzz-prog commits to a service availability of 99% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance periods. Scheduled maintenance is performed exclusively at night (between 10 PM and 6 AM, Paris time) and notified at least 48 hours in advance by email. In the event of a major issue affecting security or data integrity, emergency maintenance may be carried out outside this window.

6. Data and Privacy

Client data is hosted in France (OVH). Taaazzz-prog commits to not accessing client data except for technical maintenance purposes and does not share data with any third party. Upon cancellation, clients may request data export within 30 days.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, parties commit to seeking an amicable solution first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
